The employees, particularly the waiters and bar staff, were incredibly helpful. The location by the Atlantic coast, lake, and gardens was absolutely perfect.- Check-in was easy and hassle-free.

Located in a remote spot near the national park 🌳, this place offers a peaceful escape. The staff is really friendly and always ready to assist. The facilities here are top-notch, making for a pleasant stay.

The staff was very, very nice. the breakfast was warm. - Everything was great. - the atmosphere created was lovely. - the hotel was in a remote setting right at the shore. - It was right by the library in the evening, the Wild Atlantic Way, and the Connemara coast.

An ageing hotel. Very nice location directly on the beach. Very good breakfast and dinner in the evening.

The breakfast was wonderful and provided with the vegetarian option, mushrooms, and a delicious Irish coffee. The location was stunning, not far from Renvyle, The Rusheenduff restaurant, and the lake with breathtaking views.

Just room. Breakfast only from 08:30 a.m. (even on the day after the time change to normal/winter time). At 08:30 a.m. there was a huge crowd, staff was overworked and long waiting times for coffee and hot meals. A little arrogant service at dinner.

The personalised service and the welcome we were given with our dog was great. The facilites were all very understated and comfortable and not very hotely which was pleasant. Not a glitzy glamorous hotel but somewhere that is lacking in any pretensions and provides excellent local food and a warm and welcoming atmosphere with well thought out facilities. The views are superb and as the hotel is quite isolated on its own peninsula jutting into the Atlantic they have outdoor activites that guests are welcome to play such as croquet and bowls. An outdoor heated pool and small pitch golf course. Resident geece with goslings were also there. Good for couples, groups and families. Sad to leave
